CUSTOMER CARE

I take great care to make sure each customer is happy with their purchase.

Every order is sent by An Post postal service, registered and insured.
 

A tracking number will be sent the same day it is posted.
 

Delivery times vary depending on where you live.

We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes entering any non-EU country through customs.

We will clearly state on the customs form the full value of the item.

Every knife we send out will be sharpened and it will be extremely sharp so please be careful opening the package.

We are not responsible if you cut yourself or harm yourself, or others, or in any other way using our knives.

The customer is responsible for any return fees and returns have to be made within 14 days of purchase.

Any items that are returned must be sent back in the same condition that they arrived in.

If an item is damaged on return the money will not be refunded.

Commissions and custom orders all have 50 percent of the agreed total cost to be paid upfront. The remainder is to be paid once the customer is happy with the final product.

Care instructions are sent with each knife, there are no guarantees if these instructions are not followed.

We do not send knives to anyone under 18 years of age and we reserve the right to not send knives to anyone we feel might use them in a non-appropriate manner.

We do not do collaborations so please don't ask.

We do not use any endangered or banned materials in the manufacture of our knives.

Please do not purchase a knife unless you fully understand that these are premium quality knives that need to be maintained properly and need to be sharpened correctly.
